Oluchi Agbirionwu is a Clinical Psychologist who holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Her knowledge and experience span clinical practice, public health programme delivery, and monitoring and evaluation. As SUDACare's Nigeria Lead, she brings behavioural insight and evidence-based programming to substance use prevention and care in communities across Nigeria.

David Solomon Tanko is a Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Substance Use Disorder Counsellor, and mental health advocate committed to transforming lives through innovative psychological practices, mentorship, and youth empowerment. His work focuses on mental wellness, personal development, and helping individuals overcome challenges through structured guidance and counselling.
David is a member of the Nigerian Association of Clinical Psychologists (NACP), Kaduna Chapter, and SUDAcare State Coordinator for Kaduna State.
Driven by faith and a deep commitment to humanity, David champions peace, justice, equality, and inclusive youth development. He believes everyone has the potential to create meaningful change, regardless of background, social status, age, or disability.

Paul C. Nebechukwu is a Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counsellor, and mental health advocate experienced in psychological care, addiction recovery, youth empowerment, community engagement, and behaviour change interventions. He integrates clinical practice, psychoeducation, mentorship, and Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) to promote psychological wellbeing, resilience, and sustainable development.
As Founder of Mind Stitch Global, he advances mental health awareness, accessible psychosocial support, and holistic wellbeing in underserved communities. He serves as Kaduna State Coordinator of the SUDACARE Initiative and Assistant Secretary of the Nigerian Association of Clinical Psychologists, Kaduna State (NACPK). He also contributes to public health as a Field Officer, SBCC Specialist, and Nutrition Champion on the Deliver Nigeria project.
Previously, as Kaduna State Coordinator of The Orphanage Empowerment Society (TOES), Paul and his team reached over 30,000 vulnerable individuals through outreach and empowerment initiatives. He is also a brand ambassador for I AM NIGERIA, a national movement led by Sir Julius Denham, promoting patriotism, unity, and responsible citizenship.
His expertise spans addiction prevention and recovery, trauma-informed care, youth development, nutrition education, mental health advocacy, and community-based behaviour change. He champions human dignity, evidence-informed practice, inclusive mental health services, and lasting human transformation.
